What we collect
Only what is needed to carry out your transfer:
- Name, email address and mobile number.
- Journey details: origin, destination, addresses, date, time, flight number, passengers and luggage.
- Booking and payment records (amount, status, SumUp identifier). We never store card numbers.
- Basic technical browsing data when you accept measurement cookies.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To manage your booking and provide the service — performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- To issue invoices and meet tax obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- To send you information about your transfer, including reminders — performance of the contract.
- Aggregate web analytics — consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Who sees your data
We share only what is necessary with the driver assigned to your transfer (name, phone, pickup point and flight), SumUp Limited as payment processor, our hosting provider and our email provider.
We never sell or pass data to third parties for marketing. No transfers outside the EEA take place beyond those covered by our providers' standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Booking data is kept for the duration of the contract and then blocked for the statutory limitation periods (six years for commercial and tax purposes). Contact form messages are deleted after 12 months.
Your rights
You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@transfernerja.com quoting your booking reference. If you believe your request was not handled properly you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
